Comment: This pair of boots is the most comfortable pair I own. They do run big by at least a half size, but the workmanship is superb. I have read that merino wool-lined boots should be worn without wearing socks, and I can see why! Try a pair for yourself - you will NOT be sorry - they are fabulous. I am used to wearing high-heeled dress boots and am now looking for an excuse to "dress down" so I can wear my new EMU's!!!

Comment: These are the best boots I've ever owned. At first the fur on the inside feels a little rough to the touch, but once you place your feet on the inside, it feels like velvet on your toes. They are so confortable too! They're soft and fluffy and great. I only have two downfalls. The first being, I was afraid that they were going to sell out so I jumped at getting the size seven before they sold out like the sixes and the sevens were a little pricier than the sixes and a little bigger than my feet. The second is that I have really skinny legs, so i have to tie it pretty tightly. But, those downfalls to me are sooo small that I didn't even think of giving it anything less than a perfect score!
And, make sure you order a size smaller than you wear, because once your feet kind of "mold" to the shoes, they'll be very snug. :D

Comment: My first pair of these (don't have Uggs or similiar boots). Wanted to try these because I was sick of seeing Uggs everywhere and they are so expensive!
Reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars: the sizing is really annoying. Emu people, please make half sizes! I usually wear a 7. The 6 M - too small; the 7 M - slightly too big. But manageable. I love the ties. So cute. A little wide for my calfs, so they scrunch a bit, but still really cute. Really keep your feet warm in the cold (I have yet to try them in the summer). And they work well with non-skinny pants/jeans tucked in. Make sure you protect them with a water repellent.

Comment: Bought these as gift for my 15 yr. old granddaughter....she loves them. They are warm and comfortable...wears them all day in school and when she is out and about. Going to waterproof them soon...so far, they are not getting wet.

Comment: I purchased these boots after seeing all the positive reviews and because I loved the ribbon detail. I agonized over what size to buy (I wear a 9), and I ended up with the 8M. The arrived a lot faster than I expected--and I even live in Germany. When I first put them on, they seemed a little tight, which made me nervous, but after walking in them all that day, they fit perfectly. I guess the lining just had to compress to my feet. And they are SO warm--it is wonderful to not have my feet go numb while I'm walking outside.
