Comment: I love this. I have only had it for a few weeks, but I have had no problems with it. My hair is a little split-ended because I haven't had a trim in way too long, but this helps those ugly ends.... disappear! Well, they look a lot better anyway.

Comment: THis is a great product compared to other flat irons. There is no need for the 'pink', or 'blue', they are all the same, as long as they are the genuine CHI brand.

Comment: Bought this to replace a flat iron identical to it that my wife bought about 10 years ago. Hers was used so much the wires had worn and shorted out where they go into the handle. Tried to talk her into a $30 one at Wal-Mart but this is the only kind she will use. The price for the CHI is not a bad deal though considering they last so long.

Comment: This is the best hair straightener I have ever used. It leaves my hair sliky smooth hours after I straighten it. Often times with other brands, my hair will poof up, but not with the Chi. It also takes me half the time to straighten my hair with the Chi than with any other brand.
