Comment: These are nice. Replaced some older cooling racks with these. The old ones didn't support hot-off-the-baking-sheet cookies because there were few support wires, so the cookies would bend around wires. These Baker's Secret racks have a nice grid work, so they do support items as they cool. Highly recommend these!

Comment: I wanted to try Alton Brown's method of cooking bacon in the oven but my regular racks let the strips fall through into the grease. The grid on these is perfect. It does take some work to clean the rack and pan afterwards. I turn the rack upside down in the pan, add hot water and soap, and let both the pan and the rack soak. Then it's much easier to scrub them both clean. The bacon is delicious this way and you never get popped by it. I was a little worried when it said not to cook on the racks but it has worked out just fine so far.
Summary: Way "cool" rack

Comment: Nice light weight racks. I would emphasize the construction is intended for cookies to the odd loaf of bread. They seem a little flexy for grandma's double dutch mountain o' apples pie.

Comment: We just love our Bakers Secret Cooling Racks. We actually use them for cooking bacon in the oven on a cookie sheet. The grease drips off the bacon and there is far less mess to deal with later. They are SUPER easy to clean and store. I'm sure they'll also work great as cookie cooling racks once I start baking more in the fall.
